Position: Sales and Marketing Officer
Location: Arusha
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales and marketing
- Priority: Experience in Internet Service Provider (ISP) companies or internet services
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills; basic computer literacy
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Arusha or willing to relocate; preference for Arusha residents
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers to meet or exceed targets
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Field Work: Represent the company in marketing campaigns and field activities
