About the Role

Pelsam Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in strategic selling, market analysis, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting company products and services, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver:
  • Sales presentations
  • Proposals
  • Quotations
• Analyze target markets and competitors to develop strategic engagement plans
• Train and mentor sales team members on best practices and product knowledge
• Ensure team sales targets are met within set timelines
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong product knowledge and creative sales approach
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
