Sales Associate – Tabono Consult (On Behalf of Client)

Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a professional who treats every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as an opportunity to exceed expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets by driving market entry, expanding dealer networks, and securing high-value clients across Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s range of vehicles to individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Actively prospect new clients through:
  • Cold calling
  • Referrals
  • Walk-ins
  • Networking
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and sales contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
  • Vehicle models
  • Specifications
  • Pricing
  • Financing options
• Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain proper records

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  (Preferably in automotive or other high-value sectors)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to finalize substantial deals
• Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 600,000 TZS
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-based earnings
