Sales Coordinator

Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager who is part of our Executive team, this position works very closely with our Front Office Department and Reservations office to achieve optimum revenue results for all segments of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist to admin tasks in the office
  • Prospect new clients
  • Manage existing client accounts
  • Door to door Marketing
  • Speaking on behalf of the company at interviews and press conferences
  • Cold calls
  • Arrange on-site visits and sales tours
  • Networking
  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM
  • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate as required in hotel and industry events in addition to developing leads for other revenue streams
  • Promoting and maintaining the public’s perception of our brand through media coverage and sponsorship opportunities
  • Participation in sales & marketing team briefings and meetings as required
  • Drafting written, verbal, and visual content that will promote the public image of the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
  • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
