Role Overview
Abc Ceramics is seeking two (2) presentable and target-driven female Sales Executives to join our team in Dar Es Salaam.
Key Qualities & Skills Needed

Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Attributes: Must be presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.

Performance: Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.

Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Teamwork: A positive attitude and willingness to work effectively as part of a team.
