Job Summary
Amana Bank is seeking Sales Executives to achieve agreed individual sales targets and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures in all activities. The successful candidate will promote retail products, manage agency banking portfolios, and participate in promotional road shows.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to enhance delivery channels.

Promotion: Participate in promotional activities, meetings, and road shows in assigned areas to achieve budgeted sales volumes.

Agency Banking: Establish, maintain, and grow the Agency Banking portfolio while ensuring agents are well-serviced, branded, and active.

Documentation: Collect and ensure all agent and customer applications are complete and error-free to facilitate swift execution.

Market Activation: Create customer awareness for agents in specific clusters through street activations and aggressive selling.

Reporting: Provide ongoing market feedback to supervisors and report on achievements, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field.

Experience: Working experience in a sales-related field is an added advantage.
