Hiview International Co. Ltd, located in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam, is a trusted name in sourcing, importing, and supplying high-quality commodities across Tanzania. The company specializes in motor vehicle tyres, motorcycle and tricycle tyres, spare parts, car accessories, and car care products.

As part of its expansion, Hiview International is looking for energetic, competitive, and business-minded Sales Executives to join its growing team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales and eager to grow their careers in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets set by the Business Development Manager.
• Generate leads and engage in proactive sales calls to secure new business.
• Assist in designing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and develop dealership and corporate accounts across Tanzania.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and business presentations.
• Promote brand awareness and effectively communicate product specifications to clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG or automotive sales (tyres, spare parts, or car accessories).
• Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques and commercial trends.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• Willingness to work in any region nationwide.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and perform independently or in teams.
