WHAT YOU WILL DO

ROLE PURPOSE
Lead revenue growth and market expansion by managing sales and distribution activities within assigned territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies
• Drive sales growth for TRA EFD systems and other company services
• Oversee performance of Samsung device financing sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports and insights
• Manage client communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility
• Use digital tools and AI systems to improve sales efficiency
• Collect market intelligence to support decision-making
• Ensure effective execution of sales plans across all channels

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, ICT, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in leading a sales team
• Experience in FMCG and ICT sales is an added advantage
• Knowledge of BRELA services and TRA EFD systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and market analysis
