Position: Sales & Marketing Personnel

Great Wall Tobacco is seeking motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our growing team in Tanzania. Successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our cigarette products while expanding market presence and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s cigarette products within assigned territories

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers

• Identify new market opportunities and increase brand visibility

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports

• Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on competitor activities

Requirements:

• Male or Female aged 20 to 28 years

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Previous experience in sales or FMCG marketing is an added advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, honest, and target-oriented

• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
