Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Regional)

Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating sales activities and overseeing the execution of agreed strategies to meet customer needs, enhance brand equity, and increase revenue generation for DCLT within the assigned region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and oversee the execution of sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in regional goal-setting with the Area Sales Manager and Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Develop and implement structured regional work plans.
2. Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify potential revenue streams and provide strategic recommendations.
- Recruit new customers and expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor loyalty.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective strategies where necessary.
- Conduct demand planning and forecasting to ensure consistent product availability.
- Oversee preparation and implementation of the regional annual budget.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic customers.
- Ensure customer retention and achieve annual growth targets.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Oversee and maintain the regional customer database.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
- Support the Area Sales Manager in resolving escalated sales or customer issues.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
- Gather market intelligence and analyze trends affecting sales and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP applications.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Positive working attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
