Position Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for generating revenue for Sava-Tech Financial Services Limited by actively marketing and selling the company’s financial products and services.

The role involves Ambassador acquisition, relationship management, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The Sales Officer plays a key role in expanding market share and strengthening the company’s competitive position.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Execution

  • Identify and prospect potential ambassadors through:
    • Field visits
    • Referrals
    • Cold calling
    • Networking events
    • Digital platforms
  • Develop and implement structured sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and update lead status regularly.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and ambassador segments.
  • Promote brand awareness and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.

2. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of SAVA’s products, services, and value proposition.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

3. Customer Relationship Building

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to ambassador inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to enhance ambassador retention.
  • Ensure high levels of ambassador satisfaction through consistent follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between ambassadors and the company.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of ambassador information.
  • Adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Avoid misrepresentation of products or misleading sales practices.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit:
    • Daily sales activity reports
    • Weekly performance reports
    • Monthly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and physical files.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Business Administration
    • Marketing
    • Commerce
    • Or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
