SECURITY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and monitoring of surveillance systems, access control, and alarm systems
- Recruit, train, and supervise the security team (internal and third-party)
- Compliance and legal oversight
- Crisis management
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management
- Technology and equipment oversight (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Visitor and access management
- Budget and resource control and protection
- Technology and cybersecurity interface
- Emergency response support
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or Advanced Certification in Security Management
- Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in Security Management
- Strong soft skills and leadership attributes
- Sharp analytical skills, high integrity, and strong attention to detail
- Experience working in luxury hotels or safari lodges is an added advantage
