About Platinum Credit Tanzania
Platinum Credit Limited is a microfinance company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. We are a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Limited, a successful microfinance group operating across the region, including Kenya, Uganda, South Africa, and Zambia.
Our core business is to provide fast and reliable emergency credit facilities to Civil Servants, businessmen, and employees from privately owned companies to cater for their emergent financial needs. Position Details
- Title: Senior Loan Officer
- Vacant Positions: 1
- Department: Sales (SME)
- Work Station: Tazara
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth running of branch operations
- Provide overall direction of the team targets / budget
- Achieve monthly targets
- Monitor daily repayments for all Assistant Loan Officers
- Ensure the team follows a clear direction and motivate the team towards greater productivity
- Ensure high ethical standards are maintained
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in computer applications
Additional Attributes
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
- Good customer care skills
- Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
