Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Retail Product Sales will be responsible for developing and executing retail sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading multi-channel sales performance across the bank.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail sales strategy across:
    • Deposits
    • Cards
    • Digital banking products
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
  • Lead and optimize sales performance across:
    • Direct sales teams
    • Digital channels
    • Branch network
    • Merchant partnerships
  • Drive product development through:
    • Market research
    • Product design and pricing
    • Product launch and performance monitoring
  • Increase:
    • New-to-bank customers
    • Customer retention
    • Cross-selling and upselling
  • Own and deliver sales targets and P&L objectives
  • Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, and improve productivity
  • Build a high-performance sales culture through:
    • Incentives
    • Coaching and training
    • Performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, board, shareholders, and regulators

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in banking or financial services
  • At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role managing multi-channel sales environments
  • Proven track record in retail banking sales and revenue growth
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
