Scope of Requirement
The School of St Jude invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit tenders for:
- Item: Kombat Beans (Grade 2)
- Quantity: 40,000 kg
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, bidders must submit all of the following:
- Company name, postal and physical address
- Name of Director/Owner
- List of referees (clients supplied within the last 12 months), including:
- Contract value
- Client location
- Contact details
- Valid business license and relevant trading licenses
- TIN number
- Delivery timeline after award
- Confirmation of packaging:
- White bags, each 100 kg
- Sample copies of:
- Proforma Invoice
- Tax Invoice
- Delivery Note
- EFD receipt (subject to verification)
- Pricing inclusive of:
- Transportation
- Loading and unloading to Moshono Campus
- Price validity period (minimum 30 days)
- Currency: Tanzanian Shillings (TZS)
Specifications & Conditions
- Submit a ¼ kg sample of Kombat Beans (Grade 2) in a transparent bag
- Clearly label the sample with the company name
- Do NOT place the sample inside the tender document
- The tender:
- May be awarded to one or two suppliers
