Role Overview

Yas is looking for a Technical Proposal Specialist to lead the development of customer-focused technical responses for bids and support the design of customer-aligned technical solutions within the telecom and ICT industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, technical pre-sales, or solution design in the telecom or ICT industry.

• Preferred: Experience working in a B2B or enterprise customer-facing role.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Proposal Development: Own and produce customer-focused technical responses for bids, ensuring full compliance with RFP requirements.

• Collaborate for Accurate Technical Inputs: Work with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, Product, and other teams to gather and refine technical details.

• Support Solution Design: Assist in designing, documenting, and presenting customer-aligned technical solutions.

• Translate Technology for Business Needs: Convert complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented content for proposals and presentations.

• Coordinate Bid Activities: Align technical deliverables with timelines, governance, and bid structure; participate in internal reviews.

• Enhance Processes & Maintain Documentation: Improve proposal processes, share best practices, and manage an up-to-date library of technical content.
