Background

NAVIS Freight is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trainee Customs and Freight Forwarding Officers.

This opportunity is designed to provide practical exposure and professional development in:

• Customs clearing
• Freight forwarding
• Logistics operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holder of East African Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and processing of customs documentation.
• Support clearance and forwarding activities for importing and exporting cargo.
• Assist in monitoring shipment movements and maintaining logistics records.
• Provide support in documentation and data entry related to cargo clearance.
