Job Overview
Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Training Manager to join the Human Resource department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs and implementing initiatives that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Basic Job Functions

Identify and monitor training needs across the company.

Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill identified needs.

Ensure growth and retention of sales representatives.

Enhance customer satisfaction through effective and strategic training initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Education, or Human Resource Management.

Experience: At least two (2) years of proven experience in a similar role.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.

Soft Skills: Strong Interpersonal and Leadership skills.

Problem Solving: Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.

Coaching: Proven skills in Facilitation and Coaching.

Communication: Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
