Basic Job Functions
-
Identify and monitor training needs across the company.

Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to address identified needs.

Ensure the growth and retention of sales representatives.

Improve customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Education, or Human Resource Management.

Experience: At least two years of proven experience.

Project Management.

Interpersonal and Leadership skills.

Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.

Facilitation and Coaching.

Communication and Presentation skills.
