Position Overview

Basic Job Functions

• Identify and monitor training needs across the company.

• Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to address identified needs.

• Ensure the growth and retention of sales representatives.

• Improve customer satisfaction through effective training initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Education, or Human Resource Management.

• Experience: At least two years of proven experience.

• Core Skills:

  • Project Management.

  • Interpersonal and Leadership skills.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities.

  • Facilitation and Coaching.

  • Communication and Presentation skills.
