• Manage Bookings and Itineraries.

• Liaise with travelers, suppliers & internal teams.

• Negotiate with airlines, hotels & vendors.

• Monitor expenses & handle emergencies.

• Maintain travel records & reports.

• Participate in tourist activities.

• Support sales & cross-sell products.

• Provide exceptional service to travelers.

Requirements:

• Technical: Strong Computer Skills (Excel, GDS).

• Language: Fluent in English & Kiswahili.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

• Certification: Recognized Travel Certification.

• Location: Based in Dar es Salaam.

• Flexibility: Flexible to work in-office & remotely.

• Bonus Skills: Content creation and AI skills will be an added advantage.
