MSI Tanzania, a leading social enterprise and partner of the Government of Tanzania in providing sexual and reproductive health services, is seeking ten (10) qualified volunteers to fill the position of Driver.

Duty Stations

Dar es Salaam
Dodoma
Mwanza
Makambako

Frequent travel across regions is required.

Role Overview

The volunteers will work under the supervision of the Fleet Coordinator and support the organization’s transport, logistics, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vehicle Operations

Drive MSI vehicles in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Ensure timely and safe transportation of staff and passengers

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

Ensure vehicle security and cleanliness at all times
Supervise garage inspections and routine servicing
Perform minor repairs such as changing flat tires

3. Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and records
Prepare monthly vehicle and fuel utilization reports

4. Logistics Support

Support distribution of office parcels and documents
Facilitate retirement of travel and assignment-related reimbursements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

Driving License: Valid Grade B driving license (Grade E is an added advantage)
Certification: Driving certificate from a reputable institution
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy with a relevant certificate
Experience: Prior experience working with NGOs
Personal Attributes:
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong administrative and networking skills
Availability: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to upcountry regions
