1. WAITER/WAITRESS & BARMAN
Description
• Prepare the dining area by setting tables, polishing cutlery, and ensuring linens are crisp and clean.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of daily specials or ingredients (especially important for dietary restrictions).
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently according to established service standards (e.g., serving from the right, clearing from the right).
• Monitor tables throughout the meal to replenish drinks, clear empty plates, and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Prepare and present accurate bills, processing payments or room charges diligently.
Qualifications
• A diploma/Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or Hospitality
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within the hospitality industry.
• Experience in handling international guests and seasoned travelers.
• Basic Wine and other Beverages drinks knowledge.
• Ability to stay in the Bush Camp
• Ability to speak English Fluently, other language will be added an advantages

2. HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Description
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting all surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels according to lodge standards and guest preferences.
• Scrub and sanitize toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Replenish toiletries and amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion).
• Perform evening turn-down services, ensuring rooms are ready and prepared for the night.
• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, dining areas, corridors, and public restrooms.
• Ensure outdoor patios or decks attached to guest rooms are free of debris and dust.
• Monitor and clean staff areas or communal spaces as assigned.
Qualifications
• Certificate/Diploma in hotel management or Hospitality
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay in the Bush Camp
