Role Purpose
The Site Warehouse Manager oversees all brewery warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and supporting production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse & Logistics Operations

Daily Management: Oversee inbound receipts, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch.

Quality Standards: Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, FIFO/FEFO) for beer and materials.

Order Fulfillment: Support the achievement of OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
2. Inventory & Compliance

Stock Integrity: Manage replenishment for raw materials and packaging (bottles, kegs, tax stamps, etc.) and conduct regular physical audits.

Loss Prevention: Implement measures to prevent losses from breakage, expiry, or pilferage.

Documentation: Maintain accurate GRNs, dispatch notes, excise records, and inventory reports.

Audit Leadership: Lead internal/external audits and incident investigations.
3. Team Leadership & Safety

People Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team, including supervisors and forklift operators.

Safety First: Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards, PPE usage, and material handling best practices.

Process Improvement: Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and truck turnaround time (TAT) to drive productivity.
Candidate Profile
| Category | Requirements |
| Education | Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. |
| Experience | 5–10 years in Warehouse Management. |
| Industry | Experience in Beverage or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred. |
| Expertise | Handling high-volume SKUs and fast-moving consumer products. |
