Key Responsibilities
The Business Banker will be responsible for:
- Growing business propositions, including deposits and asset financing for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Growing and maintaining the existing Business Banking portfolio.
- Supporting and reinforcing the Branch Sales Strategy.
- Improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieving budgeted Business Banking targets within the branch.
- Appraising customer proposals and making appropriate recommendations.
- Building customer relationships through customer visits and calls.
- Preparing customer profiles to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field — Required.
Professional Qualifications:
- AKIB
- CPA (K)
- ACCA
Professional qualifications are specified as an added advantage.
Master’s Degree:
- A Master’s Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required.
