Job Description
➢ Update Fleet lists regularly
➢ Liaise with the scheduling team on pending fitments
➢ Liaise with Technicians on scheduled fitments prior to fitment
➢ Escalate and resolve irregularities for scheduling or technician issues
➢ Confirm fitment location and contacts on new projects
➢ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
➢ Explain the different applications on our platform to customers and enhance Cartrack’s position as the technology partner of choice.
➢ Train customers on how to derive the most value from our Software-as-a-Service platform.
➢ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
➢ Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, whilst ensuring they are always in the loop.
➢ Responding promptly to customer inquiries and communicating with customers through various channels.
➢ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
➢ Identify opportunities to sell additional services and or Cartrack software applications to clients.
➢ Compile daily efficiency and productivity reports.
➢ Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business administration,Public relations,Marketing or any other related Field.
- 1-3 Years experience as a customer service agent or any customer service engagement service.
- Ability to guide new customers through registration, account setup, product/service orientation, and initial troubleshooting
- Able to Speak fluent English and Swahili.
- An individual who enjoys serving Clients.
