Job Title: LBF Telesales Agent Trainee

Positions Available: 10

Division/Department: Sales (LBF)

Working Station: Head Office

Basic Job Functions

Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target.
Informing clients about market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.

Minimum Qualifications

At least an Ordinary diploma in Business Administration (or related business field).
Proficiency in computer applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
