Meet and assist guests when required, creating personalised and memorable arrival experiences tailored to their individual needs.

Build strong relationships with guests and travel agents, anticipate their needs, and offer continuous support throughout their journey.

Coordinate and share relevant guest information with operations teams, lodges, camps, and service providers to ensure a smooth and personalised experience.

Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and emergencies through established communication channels, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Analyse guest feedback, identify areas for improvement, and maintain extensive destination and product knowledge to consistently deliver services aligned with company standards.

Strong luxury hospitality and operational knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented, team-focused approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences under pressure.

Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field from a recognised university or college.

3+ years’ experience working in the tourism/hospitality industry.
