Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, market research or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data visualization tools and statistical software.
• A passion for mobile money and its potential to revolutionize financial inclusion across Africa.
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data handling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Your Challenges

1. Decoding the Market Landscape

• Track competitor strategies and emerging trends across diverse African markets.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns to understand customer needs, preferences and financial literacy levels.
• Use customer insights to guide customer value proposition (CVP) development and product enhancements.

2. Optimizing for Impact and Growth

• Design and validate data-driven pricing models that balance affordability with profitability, promoting financial access and sustainable growth.
• Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks.
• Mitigate potential risks such as credit defaults, fraud and operational inefficiencies.

3. Fuelling Insights and Communication

• Build compelling, data-driven narratives that translate complex information into actionable insights.

4. Thriving in a Collaborative and Cutting-Edge Ecosystem

• Foster a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous approach to data handling and analysis.
