Position Overview

Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking experienced and performance-driven individuals to fill the position of LBF Branch Manager under Log Book Finance.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across designated regions, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, portfolio growth, and exceptional customer service. The role also involves leading branch teams, enhancing productivity, and strengthening market penetration.

Zone Allocation

The three Branch Manager positions will be allocated as follows:

1. Branch Manager 1: Supervise Central Branches
2. Branch Manager 2: Supervise Dar Extra Branches
3. Branch Manager 3: Supervise Southern Highland

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring monthly branch portfolio growth.
2. Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to branch teams.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of all branch staff.
4. Achieving and maintaining branch targets and conversions.
5. Ensuring continuous and comprehensive training for branch employees.
6. Reviewing and analyzing reports from all branches within the assigned zone.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other business-related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.
4. Strong problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team effectively.
6. A proven record of achieving sales targets.
7. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
