Job Summary

Platinum Credit Ltd is hiring LBF Field Sales Team Leaders to support and lead field sales teams across the designated locations.

The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams, driving the achievement of sales targets, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring timely submission of reports.

Basic Job Functions

The LBF Field Sales Team Leader will be responsible for:

1. Recruiting, training, and coaching the Sales Team.
2. Ensuring the team achieves its sales targets.
3. Ensuring the portfolio performs within the company’s required standards.
4. Ensuring timely submission of reports.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have:

1. A Diploma in Business Administration or any business-related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
3. Proficiency in computer applications.

Candidates should demonstrate:

1. Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
2. Good customer care skills.
3. Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
4. Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
