About Skywood

Skywood is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join its team as Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand awareness, and driving marketing performance.

The role involves working closely with graphic designers, content creators, influencers, and sales teams to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and marketing campaign development.
• Experience in retail, electronics, home appliances, or consumer goods is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Social media marketing
  • Content creation
  • Advertising
  • Brand awareness campaigns
• Ability to develop and implement:
  • Marketing strategies
  • Annual marketing plans
  • Campaign calendars
• Experience in budget management, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong creative, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with graphic designers, content creators, influencers, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and marketing management tools.
• Must be creative, innovative, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Male, aged 35 years and above.
