Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACII, IIT, or CII Diploma are an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in insurance claims handling across multiple business classes.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Third-party litigation
  • Fraud detection
  • Ombudsman hearings
• Experience in reinsurance recovery is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance law, claims principles, and regulatory requirements.

General Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end insurance claims across multiple business lines.
• Lead negotiations and settlements for complex, third-party, and legal claims.
• Investigate fraud risks and ensure compliance with applicable insurance regulations.
• Prepare claims reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
