Beach & Safari Holidays is looking for a creative storyteller with a passion for photography, videography and travel to join its marketing team and bring the beauty of Tanzania and Zanzibar to life through captivating visual content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots across beach resorts, safari lodges and travel destinations.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards and scripts for social media videos and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality photography and videography of properties, wildlife, landscapes and guest experiences.
• Edit and produce engaging content, including Reels, promotional videos and brand campaigns.
• Handle post-production, including:
  • Colour grading
  • Photo retouching
  • Sound editing
  • Motion graphics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that reflects the company’s brand visual identity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
  • Premiere Pro
  • Lightroom
  • Photoshop
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
• Experience in video planning, scriptwriting and creative concept development.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content.
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel between properties in Zanzibar and mainland Tanzania.
• Bonus: Drone photography and videography skills.
