Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Commerce or Engineering.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA or a pricing certification is strongly preferred.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience across more than one of the following business models:
  • Franchise/distribution.
  • Parts and labour services.
  • Leasing.
  • Financial services.
  • Platforms.
• Proven ability to build and implement margin-floor or pricing-governance frameworks.
• Strong financial modelling, policy drafting and committee governance skills.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for analysis and policy work, and verify outputs against source data.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, commercial finance, or product and portfolio management.
• Experience should include policy design for a multi-business group.
