Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related discipline.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Marketplace/e-commerce.
  • Fleet management/telematics.
  • EV charging/energy infrastructure.
  • Consumer lending/asset finance/fintech.
• Track record of scaling a business and winning customers beyond a parent group.
• Experience leading specialist managers and delivering vendor-led platforms to deadlines.
• Strong capital allocation, business-case and build-versus-buy decision-making skills.
• Ability to use approved AI tools for market analysis and platform planning, and verify outputs against source evidence.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership.
• Full P&L ownership of a business unit or standalone digital, platform or asset-based business.
