Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and retain clients for group loans and upcoming individual loan products.
• Conduct loan assessments and appraisals while ensuring compliance with company lending policies.
• Monitor loan performance, follow up with clients, and ensure timely repayment.
• Provide financial guidance and support to clients while building trust and long-term relationships.
• Promote Dream Big Microfinance Limited within the community to expand outreach and visibility.
• Organize and facilitate group meetings to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy topics.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.
• Support the transition and rollout of new individual loan products by engaging potential clients and educating them about the benefits.
• Build strong networks with local leaders, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance client recruitment.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve loan products, processes, and service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education level: Secondary education (CSEE) to Diploma.
• Must be a resident of Arusha and have strong familiarity with the city and its surrounding areas.
• Age: 25–40 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be honest and willing to provide contact details of a previous employer.
