About Twiga Cement

Twiga Cement is a leading cement brand in Tanzania, manufactured by Tanzania Portland Cement Public Limited Company (TPCC). The company operates a cement manufacturing plant in Wazo Hill, Dar es Salaam, and has been producing cement for the Tanzanian market for decades. Twiga Cement supplies cement products for residential, commercial and infrastructure construction projects across Tanzania and is known for its established distribution and supply network.

Twiga Cement is inviting qualified and experienced transportation service providers to express their interest in providing bagged cement transportation services within Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas, covering routes within a 100 km radius.

Service Areas

Transportation services are required for the following distance categories:

• 0–30 km
• 31–60 km
• 61–100 km

Expression of Interest Requirements

Interested transportation service providers are required to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) together with the following documents:

• Company Profile
• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
• TIN Certificate
• VAT Certificate
• Valid Business Licence
• Recommendation letters from at least 3 current customers
