Store Assistant

Miracle Experience Tanzania is hiring a Store Assistant.

Location: Arusha

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the dispatch of materials to clients as per approved orders and delivery instructions.
• Receiving materials from the Procurement Team after items have been procured and delivered to the warehouse.
• Checking received items against the relevant documentation and reporting any discrepancies.
• Properly documenting all stock-in and stock-out transactions.
• Following up on day-to-day customer orders received from the Sales Department.
• Following up on material requests/orders from the Technical Team and ensuring required materials are prepared on time.
• Assisting with picking, packing, and preparing materials for dispatch.
• Maintaining proper organization and cleanliness of the assigned store area.
• Supporting stock counts and other warehouse activities as required.
• Reporting any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Inventory Manager. Store Assistant (1)

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Store Management, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a store, warehouse, retail, or inventory environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, counting, and record-keeping.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory/stock management systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately count stock, quantities, and prices.
• Able to handle and move stock when required.
• Honest, reliable, responsible, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team. Store Assistant (1)
