SBC Tanzania Limited is a leading beverage company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and sales of PepsiCo brands across Tanzania. The company is seeking a results-oriented professional to join its team and contribute to operational excellence at its Arusha Plant.

Core Responsibilities

1. Plan and Coach the Team

• Plan the day and conduct MDR and CR briefings.
• Conduct route rides to supervise and coach Customer Representatives (CRs).

2. Achieve Volume Targets

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly volume targets for the assigned area.

3. Serve and Grow Customers

• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure that Retailer Cards are properly signed.
• Identify suitable locations for new coolers and push carts.

4. Reports and Controls

• Sign DSS for Finance.
• Review next-day load-out proposals.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance will be measured based on:

• No customer complaints
• Business volume achieved
• Number of new customers
• Correct and timely sales reports
• Availability of all brands
• Cooler replacement
