The Key Purpose of this role is to provide district sales teams with data-driven insights and localized sales analysis to support business planning, sales execution, and decision-making. The role is responsible for translating retail intelligence into actionable recommendations, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data to generate actionable local market insights.
- Support the Country Commercial Manager with business planning activities.
- Provide weekly sales performance insights and analysis across sales teams.
- Monitor and track sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct localized deep-dive analyses and trend reviews based on business requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyse standard reporting packs and provide recommendations to Sales Managers and District Managers.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day insights, reporting, and Salesforce-related requirements.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify opportunities.

- Effective communication and time management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- BCom Degree or related Business Degree.
- 1 to 2 years’ sales or commercial experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and sales performance monitoring will be advantageous.
