About the Position

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, mix, and present a wide range of beverages in accordance with the hotel’s quality and presentation standards.
2. Create classic cocktails and innovative signature drinks to enhance the guest experience.
3. Engage guests professionally, recommend suitable beverages, and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
4. Manage bar inventory, prepare requisitions, and maintain proper organisation of the bar area.
5. Follow established cash-handling procedures and ensure that receipts are accurately balanced at the end of each shift.
6. Promote responsible alcohol service in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
7. Implement upselling initiatives to increase beverage sales and improve guest satisfaction.
8. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and appropriate presentation of the bar area.
9. Contribute to a positive guest experience through professional service and effective communication.
