About the Role

Momentum Leads Co. Limited is expanding, and we are looking for energetic, target-driven Door-to-Door Sales Agents to join our field team in Dar es Salaam.

In this position, you will work directly in the field, engaging households and businesses to introduce our high-speed fibre internet packages and sign up new customers. If you are outgoing, persuasive, and motivated by an income that grows directly with your performance, this role is a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities

Perform door-to-door sales visits to homes and businesses across assigned territories.
Present, explain, and promote fibre internet packages to prospective clients.
Onboard and register new customers for service installation.
Meet and exceed set monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer rapport and maintain a professional image in the field.

Compensation & Remuneration

We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards performance:

Monthly Retainer: Based on your monthly sales performance.
Plus Commission: Earn additional income per installed sale, depending on the specific package sold.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Minimum Form Four (CSEE) education.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, customer engagement, and persuasion skills.
Technology: Must own a functional smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications and WhatsApp for operations.
Drive & Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, honest, disciplined, and presentable.
Field Readiness: Ready and enthusiastic for daily field work and direct interaction with prospective clients.
