About the Role

Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (DOCG) is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to strengthen our dynamic construction team in Tanga. This role is crucial for supervising and managing all civil and structural works on-site for the EACOP Project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all civil and structural works on-site.
Review design drawings and ensure precise implementation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Monitor daily progress, quality assurance, and safety performance.
Prepare technical reports and communicate updates with project management.
Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects (oil & gas experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of concrete, earthworks, and structural design.
Professionalism: Registration with ERB (Engineers Registration Board) or an equivalent professional board is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
