2. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the following activities:

• Site Measurements and Valuations: Assist with site measurements and the valuation of construction works.

• Cost Monitoring and Control: Assist in monitoring project costs and maintaining cost control.
• Contract Administration: Support the administration and management of construction contracts.
• Financial and Progress Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and monitoring project progress.
• Risk and Compliance Management: Support the identification of project risks and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

3. Qualifications and Requirements
