Internship Program – Accountant and Business Analyst

Company Introduction

NEW HOPE SUMMIT LIMITED is a limited company incorporated in 2020, located at Mnazi-Mmoja, Dar es Salaam. The company is mainly engaged in logistics as well as merchandise trading in tyre products and electronic appliances.

We are committed to developing young professionals by offering structured internship opportunities. Interns will gain exposure to compliance, financial reporting, and operational analysis, preparing them for future career growth in accounting and business administration.

Position Summary

We are inviting applications for internship positions in Accounting and Business Analysis. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in financial records management, compliance, data analysis, and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Support compliance with company and stakeholder regulations.

• Compile and analyze financial data.

• Produce periodic reports for management.

• Assist in preparing budgets and operational summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance OR Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Dar es Salaam.

• Minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Superior quantitative skills, with a background in Advanced Mathematics at A-Level (ACSEE) — combinations EGM or PCM preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of integrity and ethical behavior.

• Age under 25 years.
