Position: Store Officer – Meat Stock Control
Location: Union Meat Abattoir, Ruvu, Pwani Region, Tz

Union Meat Group is seeking a detail-driven Store Officer (Meat Stock Control) to manage cold-chain stock control, reporting, and loss prevention at our processing facility.

What You’ll Do:

✓ Receive meat stock from abattoir and confirm weight, quantities, and paperwork against delivery notes/reports.

✓ Ensure proper storage in freezers and apply FIFO/FEFO handling.

✓ Release stock for sales based on approved requisitions and ensure dispatch documents are correct.

✓ Maintain accurate stock records, daily stock reports, and reconciliations.

✓ Support food safety compliance and prevent loss through access control and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

✓ Diploma/Certificate in Procurement & Logistics, Store Management or Related

✓ Minimum 2 years store experience preferably in food or meat industry

✓ Someone with High integrity & pays strong attention to detail

✓ Cold chain knowledge and team work & good reporting ability
