SALES EXECUTIVE INTERNS – 5 POSITIONS
LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
INDUSTRY: CERAMICS
Roles:
–       Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, visits, field surveys, networking and social media.
–       Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
–       Contacting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
–       Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
–       Developing in-depth knowledge of company products, suggest selections that meet customers’ requirements and illustrate the similarities and differences between comparable products.
–       Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
–       Collaborating with the marketing department to develop various promotional activities to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience and establish a customer database.
Requirement:
–        Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clients.
–       Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
–       Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems related to digital marketing campaigns.
–       Creativity: Ability to come up with innovative ideas and strategies.
–       Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
–       Adaptability: Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape.
–       Ability to ride motorbike will be an added advantage.
