VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: MANAGER, MERCHANTS AND ACQUIRING SERVICES

JOB PURPOSE

  • To develop and execute sales pipeline for merchants and acquiring products and services across online and offline channels.

  • To offer direct customer support services to drive volumes and usage of our merchants and acquiring products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility 1 (Managing sales pipeline): Pursue sales leads including new to bank and cross-selling to existing customers by leading marketing activities, identification, and sourcing to activation of customers.

  • Responsibility 2 (Manage Implementations): Managing stakeholders (Internal and external) and related operational/business risks on getting the solution to the customer designated users and kick off usage.

  • Responsibility 3 (Offer customer support services): Resolve ongoing queries, Train, guide and retrain the customers, partners, and colleagues to drive usage and grow volumes on all the merchants and acquiring products & services.

  • Responsibility 4 (Vendor management): Lead procurement of merchants and acquiring products and related services, maintenance, and vendor support to drive fit-for-use offerings to customers.

  • Responsibility 5 (Product Development, Planning & Reporting): Prepare proposals and business requirements documents to serve potential customers, plan and report regular performances on specific customers, products, and segments for different bank’s stakeholders.

  • Responsibility 6 (Drive costs and revenue numbers): Prepare cost-benefit analysis, product performance reports and take initiatives to reduce costs meanwhile increasing revenue base for TSG.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Sales and Pipeline Management Experience (At least 2 years).

  • Customer support experience (At least 2 years).

  • Merchant and Acquiring experience (2 years).

  • Business project management experience (1 year).
