Required qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 5–7 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or HR Development

Your profile

  • Strong experience in designing and deploying learning strategies and training programs
  • Experience in digital, fintech, banking, telecom, or other fast-evolving environments is a strong advantage
  • Experience in a multicultural and multi-country environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and training plan deployment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and e-learning content
  • Ability to contribute to competency framework development and translate capabilities into learning solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively, support and influence stakeholders across functions/countries

Your challenges

  • Define and implement the cluster learning and development strategy for Digibank and Fintech, aligned with business priorities and transformation objectives
  • Identify current and future capability needs across functions and entities
  • Develop learning journeys and certification pathways for key populations, including managers, technical teams, commercial teams, and support functions
  • Conduct regular learning needs assessments in collaboration with HR teams, business leaders, and functional managers
  • Design and develop learning frameworks, curricula, and capability-building programs for critical roles
  • Support the development of career paths for critical roles by aligning learning journeys, development actions, and readiness requirements with business needs
  • Provide learning input to broader talent development, succession planning, and internal mobility discussions
  • Ensure the quality, relevance, and consistency of learning content delivered across the cluster
  • Support the digitalization of learning through the use of LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital content solutions
  • Establish and monitor learning KPIs and dashboards to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements based on feedback, data, and business outcomes
