1. CBM TECHNICIAN
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3–5 years with CBM tools such as vibration analyzers, infrared cameras, and ultrasonic testers.
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Vibration Analysis: Take vibration measurements of equipment (fans, gearboxes, pumps) and report findings.

Alignment & Balancing: Ensure rotating equipment is properly aligned and balanced to reduce wear.
-
Thickness Measurement: Inspect vessels and piping for corrosion or thinning.

Oil Analysis: Test lubricants in gearboxes and transformers to detect contamination or wear.

Calibration: Maintain CBM tools and ensure accurate readings.
-
Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly equipment condition reports for maintenance and operations teams.
Required Skills
-
Technical background in mechanical engineering.

Proficiency with CBM tools including vibration analyzers, infrared cameras, and ultrasonic testers.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.

Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.

Communication skills to collaborate with operations, planners, and maintenance teams.
2. LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN
Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 2 years in lubrication or mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting.
Roles & Responsibilities

Apply lubricants to machinery as per schedules and specifications.

Regularly inspect lubrication systems for leaks, wear, or contamination.

Maintain accurate records of lubrication activities and materials.

Assist in troubleshooting lubrication-related mechanical issues.

Collaborate with teams to ensure equipment reliability.

Safely handle, store, and dispose of lubricants per regulations.

Ensure proper use and calibration of lubrication tools.

Promptly report abnormalities or potential failures to supervisors.
Required Skills
